Corporate Responsibility

Every corporation big or small must bear certain responsibilities be it towards their employees or towards the citizens of the community where they belong to. JMT Global has been maintaining an outstanding corporate citizenship with diverse employee base that has a collective and cumulative mental and physical health. In order to maintain proper mental health for its employees JMT often organizes family get together, employee nights, annual picnic, friendly cricket matches with other forwarders and customers.

Over the years it has boosted the morals of our employees. We have also invested on a weekly medical doctor to come and check our employees especially a fitness band has been assigned to every employee with condition to register at least 8000 – 10000 steps from each employee each day. This way the employees are compelled to walk and exercise to maintain a good physical health.

We are recipient of honorary corporate citizen award by hosting food drive, relief distribution among COVID-19 people along with our sister organization “Shelly Foundation”.

Each year Bangladesh gets affected by some sort of natural disaster. JMT Global always tries to stand by the flood affected and destitute with monetary and relief distribution.
